To qualify for the NXT Level designation, your company must have a minimum of three (3) years experience with lighting retrofit projects that engaged utility incentive programs. Also, your company must have at least one employee who has achieved NXT Level 1 designation. If your company has multiple branches or locations, each branch must complete a separate company application, as the designation will be held at the branch level.

Please list all employees at this branch/location that are interested in NXT Level training. Qualifying candidates are employees with at least one year of experience (if they'd like to earn the individual designation) and are directly involved in the sales, design and installation of lighting retrofit projects. Each employee will receive a link to the Individual Application, which must be completed before they can enroll in the training. Depending on experience or credentials, some employees may qualify to bypass the training to receive the NXT Level 1 designation. They still need to submit the Individual Application.
